Eat, Drink, Bid, & Enjoy at Evening in the Garden<\/strong><\/span><\/p> Enjoy bidding on Idaho excursions, getaway stays, local Boise artwork, and more at the 18th Annual Evening in the Garden, held on Friday, June 14 from 5:30 - 9:00 p.m. at the FarWest Landscape & Garden Center. Situated in their lush, seven-acre property, FarWest will be the setting for a casual evening of fun, fine wine, beer, food, and more, all in support of affordable homeownership.<\/span><\/p> <\/p> Goodwood Barbecue Company will be catering the evening once again where you will also be able to enjoy fine wines and the wide variety of beers from Payette Brewing Company. Professional charity auctioneer, Larry Flynn, also returns for the sixth year and promises an enjoyable evening of silent and live auctions. This event will be cashless, so please have a credit card on-file.<\/span><\/p> <\/p> Proceeds from the 18th Annual Evening in the Garden will go directly towards building and repairing homes in Ada County. <\/span>Donating 10 percent of their gross sales for the entire day on June 14, shop at FarWest Landscape & G<\/span>arden Center to help benefit Boise Valley Habitat even further! <\/span><\/span><\/p> <\/p> About Boise Valley Habitat for Humanity<\/span><\/strong><\/p> Since its founding in 1990, Boise Valley Habitat For Humanity has worked alongside Ada County families and volunteers to build 81 homes and serve a total of 99 families. Utilizing a nearly all-volunteer organization and donations of money, land and materials from individuals, organizations and businesses, we build and repair simple, decent affordable homes in partnership with those in need. As homeowners, families become true stakeholders in our community. Habitat for Humanity International operates in all 50 US states and in approximately 70 countries worldwide. Because of this, guests will be assigned seats. To assist with separate parties, please designate who you would like to be seated with when purchasing individual tickets.
